Manufactured in the UK, using high quality materials, our bespoke glass shower enclosures are available in a range of sizes and finishes. Glass thickness can be modified to a range of 4mm-19mm. Our shower fittings are designed accommodate your bespoke shower requirements, with a wide array of surface finishes also available, such as anodised aluminium-coloured, anodised stainless steel look, shiny chrome plated, polished, or brushed. Black profiles can also be found in the range.
GEMM shower hinges are not only suited for glass thicknesses of 6, 8, and 10 mm but can also be used for doors with a height of up to 2000mm. A pair of hinges is able to support doors of up to 36 kg and guarantees a long service life thanks to its high quality materials, brass and stainless steel. All GEMM shower products are durable and suitable for humid environments.
Quality Guaranteed
Our glass shower enclosures and cubicles are manufactured using an all in one operation consisting of cut outs, notches, drilling and polishing. By using a Lisec vertical water jet, even thin sheets and sections near the glass edge can be cut with ease. Ensuring a high quality finish and repetitive detailing to client and brand specification.
Toughened glass
Satisfy your safety and regulation requirements with our toughened glass. The manufacturing process adheres to the required BS EN 12150 standard, with each substance tested and approved to BS EN 12600 and BS EN 572
Laminated Glass
Our new laminated glass contains a new waterproof interlayer which is fully tested in accordance EN or BS 14449 regulation and is manufactured to specification. All our laminated glass products come with a 5 year manufacturers guarantee.
